Can a gift card be ‘topped-up’ or re-loaded?
No, the gift cards and gift vouchers can not be ‘topped- up’ or re-loaded.
Do the gift cards and gift vouchers expire?
Yes, all gift cards and gift vouchers have an expiry date. The expiry date will differ per retailer.
To check your expiry date:
Expiry date is listed on the back of your card.

What will the recipient receive (gift card, e-mail voucher and paper voucher)?
The recipient will receive a branded EFT card (similar to a debit card) for the retailer of the purchaser’s choice. The card will have the card number printed on the front. The back of the card will have printed the expiry date, gift card value, access PIN (to be entered into the EFTPOS terminal) under a scratch panel and the Terms and Conditions. The card will come enclosed in the retailer’s branded or giftvouchers.com wallet which includes the personal message that has been submitted by the purchaser.
The recipient will receive an email from email@example.com with an attachment containing the e-mail voucher. The e-mail voucher will be branded with the retailer of the purchaser’s choice and will include the voucher claim code, value and validity period. Information on how to use the gift voucher as well as Terms and Conditions of Use will also be included.
The recipient will receive a thick, gloss, paper voucher branded for the retailer of the purchaser’s choice. The paper voucher will include the voucher claim code, value and validity period. A personal message submitted by the purchaser will be printed. The back of the paper voucher will include the Terms and Conditions of Use and information on where the voucher can be used.
Where can I redeem my gift card or gift voucher?
Your gift card or gift voucher can be redeemed at any of your chosen retailer’s participating stores. To find your closest store, select the retailer and view the participating stores.
Some retailers have on-line redemption facilities.
How do I find out my gift card or gift voucher balance?
To find out the balance on your gift card or gift voucher, use the Balance Enquiry function listed on the giftvouchers.com homepage.
You will need to enter your card number (19 digit number on the front of the card) and your PIN (under the scratch panel on the back of your card)

How do I know that my personal and payment details are secure?
With giftvouchers.com, you order and pay for your goods on-line. For this reason, you will be required to provide your credit card details - but without worry. Credit card details are enciphered when you enter them and only deciphered on reaching the payment gateway linked to the banking network.
This is how it works. When you choose to pay for the goods in your shopping bag, you go to the payment page which is within a secure socket layer. This means that no-one else on the Internet can see you entering your personal details. Your credit card details are then encrypted and are sent to the payment gateway linked to your country's major banking network. Because we do not store your credit card information, credit card details will need to be re-entered for each visit to our site.
We do randomly check validity of new customers. giftvouchers.com, while putting in place the most up-to-date safety procedure possible to protect your personal information, takes NO responsibility for personal details (including credit card numbers) submitted over the Internet.
What payment methods can I use to purchase a gift card or gift voucher?
Payment may be made by Credit Card or SUPERVOUCHER. We also have a split payment option for you to use funds from your SUPERVOUCHER and pay the remaining balance with your Credit Card.
Can I withdraw money from my gift card?
No, you can not withdraw money from your gift card. Gift Cards are only redeemable for goods sold within your chosen retailer’s participating stores.
What do I do if I believe there is a mistake with my gift card or gift voucher balance?

First time purchaser confirmation
For our client’s added security, first time purchasers may be requested to provide photo identification (licence or passport). Our Customer Relations Team will contact you should your identification be required.
What should I do if my gift card is damaged, lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, if your gift card or gift voucher is lost or stolen, giftvouchers.com is unable to replace or refund it. You are responsible for the safe keeping of your gift card or gift voucher at all times. Once a gift card or gift voucher has been purchased you should treat it like cash.
